Jason is Back for A Limited Engagement-So Get Your “Prince” On Now!
Modest and unassuming, Jason Tenner, known in his surreal stage life as “J10”, is the lead singer of the Prince Tribute band, “Purple Reign.” After popular run at the “D” Hotel downtown, Tenner has brought his raw interpretation of Prince (the man not the symbol) back to the Night Owl Showroom four nights a week at Hooters Casino Hotel, Las Vegas.
Tenner is more than just a riveting personification of “The Artist”: The doe-eyed and svelte singer/dancer is an entrepreneur as well. His company, Reign Productions, produces “Purple Reign”, and Tenner also produces tour shows for other impersonators.
This phenom who’s been lauded time and again as THE best tribute act in Vegas became the first tribute/impersonator act to appear as a musical guest on the Late Show with David Letterman. “Purple Reign” was chosen by CBS and the Late Show to ring in the New Year: The show was re-aired January 1st, 2009, at 12:15am, less than 45 days after its debut, thus “Purple Reign” also became the first musical performance of 2009 on Letterman.
“Purple Reign” was crowned “Best Tribute Act” in 2009 by the 28th annual Las Vegas Review Journal Poll, winning both staff and reader awards.
This is a limited engagement ending September 8, 2013. For tickets and show reservations:
