Locals With ID Get Menu Discounts at SHe

elegant tableSure Las Vegas is a far cry from the Hawaiian Islands: but that doesn’t stop SHe by Morton’s steakhouse from extending some aloha to the *kamaʻāinas here on the Mainland. Just as with the time-honored practice in the islands of giving discounts to locals, residents who present their Nevada IDs at dinner at the stylish steakhouse will receive a 20 percent discount Sunday through Wednesday, beginning Monday, June 17.

SHe is a partnership between Morton’s The Steakhouse and actress and entrepreneur, Evabig filet Longoria. Located near the main entrance of Aria at The Shops at Crystals, the menu is crafted by Executive Chef Erick Stecher. Offerings include prime steaks, an array of signature selections and plenty of dishes made for sharing. The menu includes “hot” and “cold” appetizers, whimsical desserts, an impressive wine list and hand-crafted cocktails.

The “Sharing” selections include Crab Cake Minis, served with sundried tomato and caper lemon beurre fondue; Little Big Royales, mini burgers topped with house-made sauce and cheddar served on a toasted bun; and Sea Bass Bites, served with ponzu glaze, cilantro yogurt and avocado, among others.

SHe by Morton’s is open daily for small bites and cocktails at 5 p.m., with dinner service slider burgersstarting at 5:30 p.m. The restaurant closes at 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday and is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
