June is heating up and heading toward a scorching hot July. Stay cool and eat light. This fruit dip is a delightful complement to all those luscious fruits that cool and refresh our summer-parched palates.

So Simple Cream Cheese Fruit Dip


1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme

Fruit sections and slices. Use your favorites.



Using an electric mixer, blend cream cheese and marshmallow creme until mixed thoroughly. Spoon into two  parfait glasses and serve with a variety of mixed fruits; strawberries, blueberries, sliced bananas, grapes, pineapple and red and green apples.
