Vegas author Brian Rouff has released a fourth Sin City themed novel, “The house Always Wins: A Vegas Ghost Story”. Kirkus Reviews calls it, “A guilelessly winsome fable.” A protective but ghostly mob boss haunts, hammers and hits on the bad guys in this Vegas ghost story.
