Former police officer, police chief and coroner takes the “stress”out of PTSD
Dr. Michael Murphy has spent enough years as a law enforcement office, chief of police, Clark County Coroner, and Director of Forensic Services with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, to know PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) in all its shapes and guises. One out of five who suffer from this syndrome due to exposure to extreme violence or stress, show no outward signs. Dr. Murphy has developed a means to motivate all manner of manifestations of PTS into Post Traumatic Growth (PTG): a process of illuminating positive energy as opposed to remaining a victim of negative energy.
