Pear Sour With Nectar
INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces pear brandy
2 ounces pear nectar
3/4-ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2-ounce Simple Syrup
1 pear slice
Ice
DIRECTIONS:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the pear slice.
