Trick or treat, drink or eat: You may want to eat something loaded with carbs or protein to counter the sugary content in this Dragon’s Blood Cocktail Punch recipe. But it presents well in a bowl with candy bats and dry ice as holiday props: it also serves as an adult alternative to several pounds of sweet Halloween swag.
Dragon’s Blood Cocktail Punch
Ingredients:
1 (46-ounce) can Hawaiian Punch
1 (46-ounce) can apple juice
1 (48-ounce) bottle cranberry juice
1 (2-liter) bottle ginger ale
Ice cubes
4 cups Berry vodka
1/2 cup Orange liqueur
Dry ice and candy bats or spiders if so inspired.
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl or pot. Add dry ice and candy bats or spiders for effect. Stir and swig.
Ladle into serving glasses.
