Frozen Pumpkin Mudslides Recipe

There are places where the frost is never on the pumpkin–like here in Las Vegas. We citizens tend to generate our own type of frost during the autumn months. One truly enjoyable manner in which to do so is to indulge in this creamy, deliciously decadent and fully loaded pumpkin and ice cream mudslide.


Pumpkin and Ice Cream Mudslides

Ingredients: (makes two servings)


2 ounces vodka

2 ounces Kahlua

2 ounces baileys Irish cream

8 ounces vanilla ice cream

8 ounces pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

whipped cream (to taste)

chocolate syrup (to taste)


Blend all ingredients except the whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside edges of the serving glasses

Pour the fro-fro mixture into the glasses.

Top with whipped cream and more chocolate syrup.
