Ginger has become increasingly popular in adult beverages. Ginger ale and ginger beer are used in a number of cocktail variations. Mothers have used Canada Dry Ginger Ale for decades to soothe upset little tummies. The name is misleading: the ale doesn’t contain alcohol. It’s basically carbonated water, sugar and ginger flavorings.
Here’s an adult ginger cocktail with a bourbon rush and a ginger plus lemon zing!
