It’s that thyme of the year to get creative with fragrant herbs and spices and of course whiskeys, bourbons and brandies. For the bourbon purist here’s a delightfully simple autumn cocktail.
Thyme Will Tell

2 oz bourbon
.5 oz maple syrup
.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Muddle thyme then combine ingredients and serve on the rocks. Garnish with a lemon peel.
