‘Slurple’ a Maple Perfect Manhattan

Frosty months are the perfect time for maple syrup aficionados to get sappy. Why not take that classic pancake topping and add it to a pre or post dinner cocktail such as this Maple Perfect Manhattan? Game on! Ruffle those tail feathers! Tip that elbow and enjoy!

Maple Perfect Manhattan


2 ounces rye (Knob Creek Rye recommended)

1/2 ounce dry vermouth

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

2 dashes bitters


Pickled cherries



Add the rye, vermouth, maple syrup and bitters into cocktail shaker. Shake it up, pour over ice cubes in a sizable rocks glass. Garnish with skewered cherries.
